友人のお誘いを受け 銀座「とざき」さんでランチをいただきました。
賑やかなエリアのビルの中。
隠れ家的な佇まい。
暖簾をくぐると 落ち着い雰囲気の店内、素敵なカウンター。
板前さんの距離が近く目の前で一品づつ丁寧に作っていただきました。
ランチタイムは 予約のみなので ほぼ貸切状態で ゆっくり過ごす事ができました。
今回は ランチという事もあり大将にはお会いできず、お弟子さんが気さくに対応してくれました。
次回は ディナーでお邪魔したいと思います。
