フォアグラの茶碗蒸し(トリュフ乗せ)は絶品だった。
人気でこれだけ定番なんだって。フォアグラを初めてさっぱり食べたかも
鮨も創作感が滲み出てた✨
小肌は巻寿司風だし、トロタクは白葱がたっぷり入ってて雲丹まで乗って、ありそうでなかった味わい
