個室居酒屋ということで今回はこちらのお店に行きました。
店内は和風な感じで旅館に来たかな？みたいな感じです！
今回注文したメニュですが
特製鰤の海鮮みぞれ鍋
揚げ出汁豆腐
熟成鶏の炭炙り焼き
今回のメイン料理は鰤の海鮮みぞれ鍋です！
このみぞれ鍋ですが鰤の他にえびやホタテもはいっていて豪華鍋でした。
みぞれ鍋なのでさっぱりなお味ですが海鮮のいいお出汁がいっぱい出ていて
美味しくなったスープはそのまま飲むとなぜかほっとするお味(笑)
最後はやっぱり雑炊ですよね！！
いいお出汁をお米にいっぱい吸わせて・・・最高！
他のお料理ですが結構定番のメニュー揚げ出汁豆腐も出汁に浸されたお豆腐は
美味しいスープと絡めて食べると本当美味しい。
お出汁も美味しかったですがお豆腐もとろとろで大豆の味が濃くて美味しかったです！
鶏の炭火焼きはぷりぷりの鶏を炭火で焼くことにより炭の香ばしい香りが
ぷりぷりの鶏を更に美味しく仕上げていました！
ぷりぷりの鶏とビールの相性は抜群でしたよ！
どのお料理も美味しくて〆までした終わっちゃいました！
席も個室ということでまったり過ごせてこのお店に決めて正解でした。
ほんとどれも美味しくてまた行きたいお店になりました！
