会社の友人とたまには休日に気軽な飲みをしようということになったが、場所はなぜか新橋だ。
烏森口から適当に歩いたところにある飲み屋に突撃。
まずはビールで乾杯だ、スーパードライがキンキンに冷えているのはやっぱり嬉しい。
お通しは鳥の明太子づけ、まずはこれでビールが進捗させられる。
渋めな飲み方を好む先輩が刺し盛りと鶏皮ポン酢を所望したため、それらを注文。
鶏皮ポン酢は肉肉しいタイプだが、ネギとレモンとのコントラストで合わせると不思議とさっぱりする。
刺し盛りはかんぱちと真鯛とサーモン。
かんぱちはぷりぷり、溢れる脂がビールにはぴったり。
付け合わせのいくらもつまみにはもってこい、かなり気の利いたお店だなぁと思わせるサイドアタックである。
サーモンもいい感じの脂
スッキリとした真鯛も合わせてかなり楽しめる刺し盛りだ。
この辺りで八海山の焼酎に切り替える、日本酒的なうまみがたまらないな。
九条ネギといくらの奴は言うことなしだね、これは溢れた兵隊を使って酒が飲める逸品だ。
あらゆる意味で酒を楽しませてくれる実に良店である。
本当におすすめだ。
