本日のランチも新橋で。
本日の訪問先はJR新橋駅烏森口から徒歩2分の、車は通れない路地にあるこちら。
店名に「魚と酒」とあるように魚介に拘った和の居酒屋です。
どこでランチを食べようかと歩いていると目に留まったこちらの店頭にできた行列。
あれ、いつも見ない行列だなと近づいてみると、なんと海鮮丼を無料で提供中とのこと。
lineで友達になり、Instagramで海鮮丼の画像をアップすることを条件に無料で海鮮丼を食べさせてくれるとのこと。
そんな簡単なことで無料サービスを受けちゃっていいのかなあなどと思いつつ、この遭遇は生かすべきだよなと自分に言い聞かせて列に並びました。
列の先客は6人。結局外待ち10分だけで入店することができました。
店内はカウンター席がメインで、テーブル席が３つ。そのうちの1卓に座らせていただきました。同時に運ばれた海鮮丼。漬物、ポテトサラダ、味噌汁がついています。
海鮮丼はお茶漬けに使用するような形状と大きさの丼に盛られていました。具材はハマチ、アジ、シラス、トビッコなど。刻み海苔と大葉、青ネギが添えられ、卵黄が載っています。
魚の鮮度は問題なし。臭みなど全くなく、足の速いアジの食感も良好でした。
厨房を囲むカウンター席主体のこじんまりとした店。日本酒やビールを魚料理とともにチビチビとといきたい雰囲気。
約束どおりにInstagramに海鮮丼の映像を指定のハッシュタグを付けて投稿し、スタッフにそれを見せてから店を出ました。
今日はご馳走さまでした。

本日のランチは新橋のこちら「はなたれ」で。
前回もそうでしたが、どこでランチを食べようかと歩いていて目に留まったこちらの看板。月に2回実施のマグロ丼のサービスデーです。
天然マグロの丼が800円でいただけます。
そういえば前回訪問時にLINE登録したので、今回のサービスデーの案内が届いてました。
到着は12時15分。外待ちはいません。店の中を覗くとカウンター席に数席空きがあります。暖簾をくぐって入店しました。
カウンター席の角の1席に座らせていただきました。
カウンター席の向こうの厨房には白い調理服の調理人さんが二人。タイミングをみて「マグロ丼定食ひとつ！」と注文を告げました。
程なくして目の前に置かれたマグロ丼。漬物、ポテトサラダ、味噌汁がついています。
マグロ丼は天然マグロとのことですが本マグロではなさそう。スーパーで売られている平盛のように大小さまざまに切られています。量としては十分で下のご飯は全く見えないほど。
マグロの鮮度は全く問題なし。臭みは全くなく、そこそこのねっとり感。やっぱりミナミマグロかな。
こちらで自慢のポテトサラダをマグロの合間に口に入れ、単調さを抑えながら最後までいただきました。
本当は途中で出汁茶漬けにしていただけるのですが、生の刺身のまま今回は最後までいただきたかったので。次回は出汁茶漬けも試してみようかな。
マグロ丼単品は800円ですが、マグロ丼定食は1,000円。お札一枚を財布から出してお渡しして店を後にしました。
