新橋ビストロソングラムでシマチョウのアヒージョは欠かせない。何故他の店で出さないのかと思う位美味しい。
メインはハラミをブロックで焼いてもらいました。
締めのパスタは渡り蟹のトマトクリームパスタ。これも欠かせない。モツパクチーは今回初めて頼んでみた。あっさりしてますね、見た目通り。前菜はいつもの通り。
もっと冬っぽいメニューを期待してたんだけど定番コースになってちょっと残念。
虎ノ門ヒルズにも店がオープンしたらしいので今度はそっちに行ってみよう。
