自慢のモツと肉料理、世界各国のワインを揃えたモツビストロ！！

ビストロ・ソングラム新橋店@汐留
新橋四丁目、マッカーサー道路沿いのビストロ「ビストロ・ソングラム」さん。事前予約をして平日18:30頃に入店。1Fは結構賑わっていましたが、静かな2Fに案内されてホッと一息。
まずは生ビールと、連れはグラスワインの白で乾杯。ビールがハートランドってのがうれしいですね。
ワインはチリのカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンをボトルで注文。安価ながらしっかりフルボディで美味いヤツ。
【シマ腸のアヒージョ】
トロプリのシマ腸にニンニクたっぷりガーリックオイル。唐辛子も入ってピリ辛なのでビールも進みます。
【鶏白レバーのムース】
コクのある白レバーをなめらかなムース状にしてあります。鶏レバー特有のくさみはしっかり抑えられておりバゲットとの相性も抜群。
【モツ屋のロールキャベツ】
たっぷりの刻みモツをキャベツで包んだロールキャベツ。優しい塩味とモツの旨みが沁みます。
【ハラミの炭火焼きwith山盛りフレンチフライ】
メインの肉料理はこちらの看板メニューでもあるハラミの炭火焼き。2人前で200gのほどよいボリューム。かなりレア目な仕上がりですが、しっかり中まで温かく柔らか。味付けはシンプルに塩胡椒のみですが肉の旨みでどんどん食べ進められます。
〆にパスタをいただこうか迷いましたが、もう一軒いく予定なのでここでごちそうさま。
お会計は1人あたり¥7000ほど。コースだとコスパ最高！との投稿を見かけますが、アラカルトで頼むとやや割高かもしれません。
