自慢のモツと肉料理、世界各国のワインを揃えたモツビストロ！！

会社の近くにあるビストロ ソングラム新橋店さんに。汐留近くにあります。看板のモツという文字に気になって仕方なかったお店。でも、いつも長蛇の列でひとりでは入りづらいなぁと思ってました。今回は会社の上司と一緒に。
レギュラーメニューの中から定番のモツナポリタン1000円にも惹かれたのですが、それ以上に惹かれた白レバー・ハツと白マッシュルームの赤ワインクリームwith極太生パスタ 1300円。それとランチサラダ200円コップワインfree。麺の大盛り無料。特盛もできます。
開店前から並んでたのですが、直後からも列は途切れず。退店時には20名ほど。早めの来店が必須です。
さて、料理に話を戻します。
お肉屋さんが母体にあるのか新鮮なモツが使われていて臭み全くなく美味しい。きのことの相性もいいです。生パスタもこのうどんサイズのものは初体験でモチモチ感とスープの吸い込み加減共に最高でした。大盛りにしたので結構なボリュームで夕方まで満足感続きました。サラダに乗っていた干し肉もいいアクセントで人気の理由がわかりました。
カウンター席もあるのでひとりで来られるお客様も多く、回転も想像より早いのでリピできそうです。
会話を楽しみながらランチというのはランチサラリーマンのためにも避けてあげたい雰囲気です。
