本日はこちらで2軒目。
パクチー好きな友人だったので、気兼ねなくタイ料理屋をチョイス。新橋駅から近いのも助かります。平日21時頃、直前に空席の確認を電話でしたので、スムーズに案内されました。
シェフはこの道40年以上、大ベテラン！2軒目のためガッツリは厳しいですが、それでも何品かチョイス。パクチーにまみれることに笑
・パクチーモヒート 790円/税込
→ミントの代わりにパクチー！スッキリと香ります。家だとこんな贅沢な使い方出来ません笑
・パクチー盛り(L) 750円/税込
→とにかくパクチーをワシワシ食べたい人、オーダー必至！頼んだ料理に追いパクするも良し、もちろんそのままサラダ感覚で食べるのも良し。
・トムヤムクン(S) 1,560円/税込
→これを食べなきゃ始まらない！辛みと酸味、コクのバランスが秀逸。かなり美味しいです、このトムヤムクン。いつまででも飲んでいたくなる…。
・パクチー生春巻き 4ピース 960円/税込
→パクチーがはみ出る生春巻き。とにかくヘルシー、甘辛いタレとよく合う。
・カオソーイ 1,380円/税込
・大盛り 150円/税込
→久々に食べたかったカオソーイ。ミルキーでマイルド、辛さは控えめな濃厚なスープ。縮れ麺と揚げ麺のコンビネーションもカオソーイならではで美味しい。このスープとパクチーがまたよく合うんだよな〜。

パクチーまみれの夜になりました。最近不作でスーパーに並ばず、好き勝手食べる機会がなかっただけに、パクチー欲をガッツリ満たすことが出来ました。料理もクオリティも高く、さすが大ベテラン。今回は新幹線の都合上滞在時間が短かったですが、次回は1軒目から利用したいと思います。
