The opening day |
2017.9.19 |
It was my first time visiting. I didn't have a reservation because I was alone.Last time, it was full and I couldn't get in even though it was before 6 o'clock, so this day I gathered my spirits and went right after it opened. Take a seat at the counter The menu is so extensive that it can be difficult to decide where to go. There are 6 pieces of sashimi. Since I was alone, I asked for a half meal. Even so, it was only 3 slices each. Tuna, horse mackerel, sea bream, bonito, herring, yellowtail, sardine, water octopus. If you look closely, there are 7 items. That's a very thorough job. All were very delicious. Nuta with red clams and Kujo green onions The red clams were fine and went well with the Kujo green onions. Boiled sea bream with turnips This restaurant's simmered sea bream is simmered in a strong, sweet and spicy soy sauce. It's Boso-ni. Both the sea bream and burdock were delicious. The Japanese sake was also very good. I would like to ask you again.
