2日連続新橋で仕事が終わり、
恒例のお疲れちゃん会スタート。
昨日は普通の居酒屋だったので、
やっぱり今日は個室があるお店がいいですよね？
その方が落ち着くもんね。
まずは生ビールでよかですかね？
ここで先日の健康診断の結果の話題に。
あんまり詳しくは教えてくれないが
どうも先輩いろいろと引っかかってるらしい。
ではでは今日はヘルシーに行きましょう！
カロリーカットはもちろんだけど、
栄養までカットしちゃダメだから・・・
玉子焼きどうです？
そういえば玉子焼きって久々に食べるような？
玉子焼きの話でかなり盛り上がる。
私はだし巻きが好きだけど、
先輩は甘～い玉子焼きが好きなんだって。
では次、血液サラサラ食材の玉ねぎ行きましょう！
淡路島さんの玉ねぎ。
甘～い。
ほんのり塩かけると美味しいですよと
アドバイスしたけど、そんなにかけちゃうんか～いｗｗ
全然ヘルシーじゃないですやん。
そして唐揚げ。
しかし好きだねぇ、鶏の揚げたやつ。
ヘルシーで行くんじゃなかったのか？
と思ったけれど、いつもはチキン南蛮で
タルタルたっぷりだから、それよりずっとヘルシーか。
まぁいきなり制限しすぎも続かないからな。
最後にお野菜も摂れるようにと水炊き鍋を注文。
すっかり鍋奉行になってしまい
せっかくこの日の一番の写真を撮り忘れてしまった。
ちーーーん。
