2019年7月8日(月)に初めて辻政 新橋店を訪れた。
お店に入ると個室に通された。
客層は老若男女幅広い。
外国人のお客さんも多いようだ。
店内ではディズニーアニメのピアノ曲が流れていた。
ドリンクは獺祭50にした。
甘口でフルーティな風味で飲みやすい。
グッと飲むと心地よい刺激が喉を通る。
お通しは鶏のささみであった。
しっとりとして味つけも良い。
農園リーフサラダは、和風ドレッシングをかけて食した。
上にのせられた鰹節が香ばしく、ドレッシングが良い塩梅である。
かしわ鶏のネギ塩唐揚げは、衣がサクサクでアツアツの状態で出され、鶏肉にたっぷりと脂がのり、しっとりとした食感で旨味がたっぷりである。
塩梅も良い。
九条ネギどっさり玉子焼きは、おろし大根が添えられていて、醤油をかけて九条ネギとともに食した。
玉子焼きはやさしい味わいで、九条ネギがシャキシャキとして少し辛味があるのが良い。
大粒かきフライは、爽やかな酸味があるタルタルソースをたっぷりとつけていただいた。
アツアツで衣がサクサクとしてクリーミーな味わいである。
鶏手羽先の唐揚げは、皮が香ばしく揚げられていて甘辛い味つけがしてある。
鶏肉はしっとりとしてやわらかい。
淡路島産玉ねぎの丸ごと焼きは、糸赤唐辛子がのせられ、塩が添えられているが、そのままでも美味しい。
玉ねぎがみずみずしく甘みが効いている。
黒蜜きな粉の抹茶アイスは、抹茶の風味と甘みが効いている。
きな粉の香ばしさも良い。
