Today I decided to have a drink with some colleagues from work, and we held a meeting in Shinbashi, Minato Ward. We meet at the station at the meeting time and flow into the store. It's a pretty spacious space inside, with a Japanese-style feel and a sense of cleanliness. After settling down in the seat we were shown to, we started off by making a toast. I was at a loss as to what to cook, but after some deliberation I decided on a la carte. First, I order something that seems like it will arrive soon, such as edamame or tataki cucumber, and then finish my toast right away. For some reason, I feel hungry while drinking, so I ordered some heavier dishes like sashimi, chicken nanban, and Tempura. The sashimi is fresher than I expected, and I'm very satisfied. Not only do they have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, but they also have a wide variety of food, with a focus on chicken dishes, as well as side dishes to go with alcohol. I was very satisfied with both the drinks and the food. The staff's customer service was very good and I had a great time. I would like to use it again when drinking in Shinbashi.
