歩いていて見つけたお店。都内で鯨料理といえばまずくじら屋が挙がると思います。最近は新宿の樽平で食べたのが最後だと思います。
新橋にある鯨の胃袋の2号店のようですが、ランチで鯨に特化しているのはここ、ということで、こちらにお伺いしました。
お目当ては、鯨刺身赤身と尾のみのWユッケ丼（1500円）です。
平日12時40分に訪問し、中は1人客のみ（その後、パラパラきました）。
お目当ての品をご飯少なめで注文。鯨ベーコンのスープと、カツオのたたきと、漬物がついてきました。
うん、鯨の刺身は、赤身も、尾のみも非常に上質なのですが、なんとタレがコチュジャンベースでした。うーん、まずいとはいいませんが、なんとももったいない。
私は鯨の刺身は生姜醤油で食べたいよ！
ごちそうさまでした。次の来るとしたら、赤身レアステーキを頼みたいと思います。
