ザロイヤルパークホテルアイコニック 東京汐留での朝食で利用。
このホテルでは朝食は3店舗から選ぶことができ、こちらのお店は和食です。
25階にあることもあり、朝から眺めの良い場所で朝食をいただきました。
お客さんは外国の方が多めでした。
席に座ると特に朝食は1メニューしかなく、5分ほどですぐに運ばれてきます。
ごはんとお味噌汁のお替りが可能とのことです。
ホテルの朝食の紹介には
「加賀料理の伝統を大切に、新しい感性を取り入れた美しく美味しいお料理の数々。
素材の持ち味を活かして、季節感を大切にひと鉢ひと鉢に手間を惜しまず仕上げています。」
とのことです。
煮物としてはロールキャベツのようなお椀になっており、味はクリームシチューのようなクリーミーな味わいでした。
また、蒸し物はがんもどきのようで、味がしっかりとしみ込んでいました。
ほかにも重箱には明太子や鰹節などのご飯のお供を担う一品が多かったです。
朝からちょうどよい和食を楽しむことができました。
