新橋で肉食が続くサラリーマンに、一服の清涼剤的な店を見付けたのでデトックスの為に訪問
拘りの野菜を中心としたヘルシー料理の居酒屋という不思議なコンセプト「遊膳 新橋店」
自分でも無理矢理コンビニサラダを食べていますが・・兎に角飽き飽きしてます(^^;
新橋駅の烏森口から出て、徒歩１分位の雑居ビルのB1。まさかこんな至近に有ったとは！？
そんな訳で、道行く人は多いのに何となく目立たない感じなのが難点かも。
野菜が沢山美味しく食べられるなら！ 野菜が売りですが、蓋を開けると肉類も充実してました(^^;

メニューが全部野菜だけで果たしてアルコールと合うのかな？ と一抹の不安が有りましたが
野菜メインでは有る物の、ちゃんと魚も肉も揃ってて一通り網羅されていました。
とは言え野菜しゃぶしゃぶが出てくると・・鍋の薬膳スープと相まって野菜の良さが際立ちます。
レタスの葉の上にセロリ、紅芯大根、牛蒡、ズッキーニ、茄子、水菜、ちょっとキノコなどが
切り方を変えて盛られていて・・そのどれもが新鮮。普段より余計に野菜を食べてしまいました。
何となくイメージで野菜を敬遠してしまいますが、実はとっても良い店だと思います。
