【Opusオーパス】へ初訪問。
一週間前に予約しました。
ミシュラン一つ星の「Ode」のシェフが監修だそう。
銀座8丁目のロイヤルパークキャンバスの最上階にあります。
とっても開放的な素敵な店内。広いテラス席までありました。
今回のランチセット

★パスタかお魚かお肉から1品
シラスと筍のアーリオオーリオ山椒風味にしました

一休でお得プランを予約しました。
お料理は総じて素晴らしく期待以上でした！
ブッフェは品数が少ないですが、質が良いです。キッシュも美味しかった！
メインのパスタはシラスに筍にフライドオニオンがたっぷり。オリジナリティがあって、素材の組み合わせも良くおかわりしたいぐらい！
そしてこちらはデセールの評判も良いので楽しみにしていた本日のティラミス！ラムが効いていて好み。
次回はスペシャリテのデザート「グレー」も食べてみたいなあ。
ここかなり女性にはかなりお勧め！

いつの【Opuses】に店名変更していた元【Opus】へ久しぶりに。（なんでかしら？）
銀座八丁目ロイヤルパークキャンバスホテルの最上階にあるレストラン。
お気に入りのランチ。サラダブッフェはコロナの影響でかなくなり、代わりに前菜盛り合わせ！そしてメイン、デザートにお茶がついて3300円のコースをセレクト。
前菜盛り合わせはキッシュにポテトサラダ、キャロットラペに半熟卵とグリーンサラダにスープと
充実。
メインは「夏野菜のラザニア」をセレクト！
これ大当たり。ラタトゥイユ？夏野菜のトマト煮とチーズがたっぷりで濃厚でありながら軽やか。暑い日にも食べやすいラザニア、素晴らしい！
そしてデザートは５回目にして初のスペシャリテの「グレイ」（＋800円）をオーダー。
上には胡麻風味のメレンゲ。これがとても薄くサクサクで口にいれるとすーーっと溶ける。
下には苺のアイスクリームとピスタチオのムースと求肥。メレンゲとの相性もすばらしい！
これは食べる価値あり♡
とランチとしてはちょっとお高めですが、お店はホテルの最上階で天井が高く開放的、テラス席もあっておしゃれ。
飲めれば最高だったんだけど。
