明石焼のお店に初訪問。
ニュー新橋ビルのＢ１にあります。
土日祝は13時オープンとのこと。
15:30に伺うと、先客は2組。
たこ焼きが大好物ですが、明石焼も同じくらい大好き。
明石焼は、ネギ、紅しょうが、ニラごま、佃煮、梅しそ入りもありますが、本場と同じシンプルなのをオーダー。
プラス生ビール。
先ずはお出汁で。
次はソースで。
更に、ソースをかけてからお出汁で。
食べ方の説明がありますが、私もこの食べ方が定番です。
何年ぶりでしょうか。本場と同じクオリティの明石焼の美味しいこと！
二人で1皿(8ケ)では足りず、すぐに追加しました。
明石焼の他にも、兵庫県のものがいただけるので、また伺います。
