知人から久しぶりの お誘いを受け
今日は一人飯回避と意気揚々と出かけたのは
知人 おすすめの こちらの 鉄板焼き屋さん
僕がステーキ好きというのを知っていて
今回の一軒目は こちらで鉄板焼きです
場所は 銀座の外れで ほぼ新橋という 銀座ナインに ほど近い
御門通りから 通りを有楽町側に入ってすぐのビルの地下にあるお店で
昨年オープンされたらしく 知人も今回でまだ２回目の訪問との事
お店は カウンター席メインのこじんまりとした設えで
なかなか 良い塩梅の落ち着いた空間で
お店の造りは 新橋というより まさに銀座っぽい雰囲気ですｗ
料理もお願いしてあったようで 先ずはビールを頂戴し乾杯
お代わりはグラスでワインをお願いし
供された スターターの鰹のタタキ、フォアグラのソテーなど 前菜を楽しみ
続いて供されたのは伊勢海老の鉄板焼き
サラダでビタミン補給をしながら焼き上がるのを待ち
ガッツリと海老の醍醐味を味わい
メインは神戸ビーフのサーロインの鉄板焼き
焼き野菜と共にいただきましたが 良い感じの脂ののりで
ステーキ好きの爺には 重いですが ８０ｇという量なので
ガーリックライスと共に味わうステーキで至福の一時
お店のサイズ感も 小さめなので 肩ひじ張らずに食事が楽しめますし
神戸ビーフを頂いて 軽く飲んで楽しむには
利用しやすい お店なのかもしれませんね
