カウンター席っていいですよね♥
まず最初にボラの白子ポン酢を頂きました。
ボラの白子初めてでしたが
嫌な臭みなどはなくクリーミーで
なめらかな食感で美味しかったです。
続いて頂いた
ファアグラのソテーも絶品でした！！
食材を引き出す2種類のソース…
下に敷いてあるパンとの相性抜群！
焼き加減も最高でしたね♥
スープもサラダも美味しく頂き
お洒落な器で登場したぶり大根
ビジュアルが何とも素敵♡
脂がのってて柔らかく大根も
しっかり味が染みていて美味しかったです。
メインのフィレステーキですが
肉の良さを最大限に引き出す技術なのか
結構時間をかけて蒸したりして焼き上げてました。
口の中でとろける柔らかさというよりも
肉の旨味をしっかり味わえる感じでしたね。
山葵、お塩で美味しく頂きました。
自家製の味噌のようなものも美味しかった！！
野菜とも良く合いました。
そして何より
ガーリックライスが最高でしたね。
ひじき、大葉、柴漬けが入ってて
個人的にはとっても好きなお味でした。
赤出汁の味噌汁も良かったです！！
食後の
デザートまで堪能しましたm(__)m
接客も気持ちが良かったです。
特にシェフの方は
きびきび丁寧に料理を進めながらも
常に此方に気を配って頂き
最後までおもてなしの心を感じられました。
