Tsukune Yamamoto's very popular terrace seats are well-ventilated, so you can enjoy your meal while feeling the cool breeze ♪ Up until now, we were not accepting reservations, but due to many requests from our customers, we are offering seats for a limited time only. We have decided to accept your reservation! Reservations are accepted for groups of 2 to 8 people, and are popular, so make your reservations as soon as possible!

I've been making minced meat for 15 years. In Shinbashi, we made ``Tsukune'' by kneading ground Shingen chicken meat. We bake them into bite-sized pieces so that you can eat them without leaking the flavor. We make a variety of skewers with delicious flavors that are enjoyed by many customers. After ordering, it will take some time as it will be grilled from raw. In addition to the standard ``salt'' and ``sauce,'' we also have a wide variety of options, including the popular ``black pepper lemon'' and ``ume perilla.'' We also have seasonal menus.

I stumbled upon Gyoza / Dumpling after eating Gyoza / Dumpling all over Kyushu. It's bite-sized and packed with vegetables, so you can eat as many as you want! Besides, you can drink it! “Customers, how many dishes should we order today?” I always ask. The recommended way to eat it is with Tamahime vinegar from Kyoto. When you want soy sauce, use Shibanuma Soy Sauce's naturally fermented soy sauce. It takes a long time when it's crowded, so be sure to get your refills as soon as possible.

There is a famous long-established oden shop in Maruyama-cho, the red-light district of Shibuya. Oden kappo "Hide" learned the secret soup stock from the master and unveiled it to customers in Shinbashi. This oden is made with ``natural dashi'' and ``salt'' with plenty of Makonbu, Hidaka kelp, bonito, mackerel, Soda bonito, and muro horse mackerel. Please try our ``Oden'' made with precious soup stock.
