訪れたのは、東京都港区新橋にある「海鮮番屋 個室 雫 新橋店」。
新橋駅烏森出口から徒歩2分。漁師小屋の番屋風情漂う空間は何とも嬉しい「全席完全個室」。
豊洲市場で朝〆された鮮魚を用いた海鮮和食が呼ぶのは旨味の大津波。

【前菜】さっぱり鶏むね肉のカルパッチョ風
ファーストコンタクトはカルパッチョ仕立てでさっぱりと。玉ねぎがふんだんに入っており、リズミカルな食感と辛味もまた良し。
【鮮菜】トマトとアボカドのサラダ
野菜の2連撃。カルパッチョ仕立てとはまた違ったコントラスト。新鮮野菜と特製ドレッシングの旨味が際立つ。

衣のサクサク感と豚肉特有の味わい深さ、絞ったレモンの酸味が非常に良く合う。時間が経っても旨いんだよなぁ。
【焼物】厳選国産牛の黒胡椒風味カットステーキ
肉の力強さを引き立てるのは、ソースの甘味とペッパーの辛味。付け合わせのポテトが良い仕事をしている。ソースと絡めてどうぞ。
【合肴】帆立貝の塩バター焼き
帆立貝とバターは何でこんなに合うのかね。ずっと味わっていたいほど濃厚な旨さ。
【揚物】旬野菜と海鮮天ぷら盛合わせ
なかなか家では天ぷら揚げないからね。これは嬉しいサプライズ。サクサクでいてとにかく軽い。どれも肉厚で甘みもある。お好みで天汁、お塩をどうぞ。
【食事】本マグロ入り海苔太巻き
いやぁ、コレは日本人だなと。マグロ、海苔、白米の組合せ。落ち着く旨さだなぁ。
【甘味】本日の甘味
本日はシューアイス。ベリーの酸味、アイスの甘味をシュー生地が優しく包み込む。
通常3時間5,480円（税込）でも充分なのに、今なら4,480円（税込）で愉しめる。
※金曜日、祝前日は2時間制。
味良しコスパ良し。そしてゆるりとできる大満足の3時間だった。
