新橋に誕生したばかりのホテル〈THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA〉内にオープンした
“十十六”さんでランチをいただいてきました！
日本各地から厳選した素材を使った料理と厳選されたお酒を揃えられており
お昼から大変満足したスタートとなりました。
私がいただいたのは、お店の名物とされている
味処「宝家（たからや）」の人気メニューを受け継いだ【あさりの串揚げ御膳】3000円
・あさりの串揚げ
・お刺身盛り合わせ
・浅利御飯
・浅利味噌汁
・浅利佃煮
・峰岡豆腐
・茶碗蒸し
・香の物
と、まさにあさり尽くしの内容！その一つ一つにあさりの優しい味がしみ込み、
あっさりながらも味にコクと奥行きのある素晴らしい逸品揃いでした！
相方が注文した
【宮崎県産黒毛和牛ステーキ重】2100円
は、お肉がボリューム満点で、雲丹・いくらといった海の幸とのコラボが
濃厚で噛むたびに旨みが溢れてきました。
私も相方も日本酒が大好きなのでここで日本酒を注文します。
今まであまり見たことのなかった【いなば鶴 強力(ごうりき) 鳥取】
香り高く濃厚な飲み口とそのあとに感じる独特の甘さが最高においしかった！！
ここまできたらつまみは【蕎麦】しかないでしょう。
“九州産そば粉の自家製十割蕎麦”は香り高く仕上げられていて
日本酒との相性抜群です♪
ついつい長居してしまいましたが、お店の方はとても丁寧に接して下さいました。
また機会を作って是非お邪魔したいお店です(^^)
