最近Spotifyの有料プランに加入しました。流行ものから昔懐かしのシティーポップまで聴き放題なのにiPhone自体に音楽を入れておかなくていいので重宝してます。

昭和世代なのでアルバムの曲がシングルカットという体験をしたものですが「B面に微妙な曲が入っているんだよね」と話したら「B面ってなんですか？」と言われました。
・
「そっか。CDで言うとカップリング曲だよ」って言ったら「カップリングってなんですか？」とさらに言われて時代が流れたなと通じないなと思ったものです。
・
同じように厚さの例えとして出していた電話帳とか広辞苑はどちらも電子化されたので、今後はこの店の #すき焼き を使うこととします。

と言うわけで本日のランチはびっくりするほど分厚いお肉のすき焼御膳が頂ける #十十六 #そとろく です。新しく入った仲間の歓迎ランチでやって来ました。

目の前の同僚が頼んでいた #海鮮バラちらし御膳 も美味しそうです。そして何よりも素晴らしいのが立地。地上18階にあるホテルのロビーフロアで眺望がいいですね。

まずはたっぷりのサラダを頂きます。彩りもよくて豆も入っていて栄養もあってヘルシーな感じです。続いての #赤城牛スジ肉 を使った #お肉 を頂きます。

#すじ肉 とは思えないほどよく煮込まれていて柔らかい。甘辛のつゆとよく溶いた生卵でずるっと頂けば最高な感じです。

一緒に入った #お麩 や #豆腐 なども美味しいですね。色々と新しい仲間のあれこれを聞けたのと、久しぶりにみんなで食事を頂けたことも含めていい時間でした。

何か特別な時のランチなどで予約していくのに最適な感じですね。次回はさらに奮発したメニューも楽しんでみたいなと思います。
