Today in the morning, I visited the 20th anniversary exhibition “Costume Jewelry” at the Panasonic Shiodome Museum of Art, and then moved to Uchisaiwaicho. Today's lunch was at ``Juuroku'' located in ``THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA'', a hotel operated by JR Kyushu Hotels, which is part of URBANNET UCHISAIWAICHO BUILDING. The hotel concept is "Let's meet in the sky of Hibiya." True to its concept, when you step off the direct elevator, you are greeted by a lobby with a spectacular view. Mr. Jyuuroku is further back in the lobby. The number 116 is written as “Sotoroku”. I've tried to find out how to read it like this, but I can't find it written anywhere. Soba noodles made with 10 parts of buckwheat flour and 2 parts of tsunagi are called soba noodles, so I feel like this was a twist, but in the end I didn't understand it and ended up spending the day thinking about it. One thing is for sure, the name of the shop is etched into my memory. Oh, there's a 10 in the character ``Yaki''... This is probably just a coincidence. This hotel seems to have a high proportion of foreigners, so I hope the Japanese staff won't be bothered when asked about the meaning of 116... Just as I was thinking about this, I was guided to a reserved seat inside. Ta. The spacious interior has a very high ceiling, and there is plenty of distance between you and the seat next to you. If you look at the view from the 18th floor, there are many other things to see, but there is an open space above, a large single-panel glass window with no frame up to a fairly high position, and the skyscrapers and Hibiya sky beyond. These effects make the people inside the store feel smaller, and the scenery outside becomes more spectacular. The atmosphere is perfect for enjoying an elegant lunch. I already had my mind set on what to cook, so I just listened to the dessert description and ordered the following. □From the lunch menu, ``Beef tendon Sukiyaki'' (2,090 yen) □From seasonal sweets, ``Berry mousse'' (990 yen) □ Organic Food Darjeeling (660 yen) By the way, my companion ordered the following. □ From the lunch menu, ``Large shrimp conger eel tempura Ten-don (tempura rice bowl)'' (1980 yen) □ From seasonal sweets, ``Lotus root mochi zenzai'' (990 yen) □ Japanese black tea with pear and osmanthus (660 yen) ■Beef tendon Sukiyaki Beef tendon Sukiyaki It's rare. The beef tendon is simmered until it's crumbly, so it just melts in your mouth. The other ingredients are orthodox: Chinese cabbage, garland chrysanthemum, green onion, tofu, and shirataki, but all of them are delicious since it's been a while since I've had Sukiyaki. Fresh garland chrysanthemums are one of my favorites in salads with oranges, but they definitely go well with Sukiyaki. The warishita is rich and sweet, perhaps a Kyushu flavor. Stir in the eggs to get just the right thickness. I personally accept it as a characteristic of the region, but the statement that seems to divide people's tastes is a strong one. ■Berry Mousse It feels expensive compared to the lunch menu price. If you can include it as a set in your lunch menu and it costs about 500 yen more, you'll be satisfied. ■ Organic Food Darjeeling Surprisingly, the drinks are reasonably priced. There was a lot in the pot, so I enjoyed having one cup straight, one with sugar, and one with milk. This is my first time enjoying tea so slowly. (^^) It seemed like I had been thinking about it in the back of my head the whole day after I left the store, even while I was at work (lol), and my own answer suddenly took shape. Sotoni in soba is a ratio of 10 parts buckwheat flour to 2 parts tsunagi. Think of this as ``10 vs. 6 = Sotoroku = 6 connections.'' And this ``10'' is applied to ``cooking and drinking''. Then, it can be interpreted as ``The beautiful scenery and space form a connection of about 6, bringing together food and alcohol at their best (10 = perfect score)''. If so, it's quite a difficult question. The twist is interesting as a ``connection of ideas'' that people can understand with a little thought. (^ ^*)/
