【オケージョン】
お花見の締めくくりと誕生会にて高齢の親戚と早めのディナー利用です。
他の方の高齢の方と利用で満足との口コミを読み、決めました。
【お料理】
よかった点
・季節の品の筍やぜんまいなどの食材がとても美味しかったです。
・お店中央のキッチンで板さん達が作ってくださるので新鮮なお料理が頂けました。
・お出汁がとても澄んでいて美味しかったです。
こうだったらなと感じた点
・個室利用の基準がホームページ/食べログに明記がなく分かり難く、コースは6000円以上のコースからのグレードでプラスの利用料が必要とのことですので要確認です。
・事前に高齢者と伺うことを伝えていたのですが、やまごぼうがかなり辛かったことと、タコの煮付けが足一本で出てきたので噛み切れず諦めました。
事前に代替えのご相談をいただければ幸いでした。
【サービス】
夜景がとても綺麗です。東京タワーは写真の通り少しだけ見えます。
ドリンクはホテルのお値段ですが、最後にサービスで温かいお茶を出して下さいました。
受付、サーブしてくださった1番ベテランそうな男性の方の対応が少し強く感じました。
入店時も電話対応をされており目配せでお辞儀なども無く、他の方に声を掛けるなど無く電話が終わるまで待ちました。
お若いスタッフの方は物腰柔らかく接客して下り、安心してお声がけできました。
やはり全ての経験の中でも良くないことの方が残ってしまうものなので、少し残念に感じました。
私がサーバーだったら、すごいお年寄り来た！念の為もう一回NG聞いておこう、と聞きに行ってます。
ただ、親戚達はタコ以外とても喜んでいた為、救われました。
自分のホスト力も磨かねばと思いました。
