最初は甘くて優しい。
ミルクの香り、品がある。しつこくないけど、チーズ風味！を味わえる。ミルク感。
白桃の食感と、香り。
マスカルポーネの脂質と生ハムの塩気が溶け合って、うまうま^_^
辛口のワインが合う。
メニューに辛口のワインが多い意味がわかった！

塩気の少ない順に入れていく。トリュフオイルは風味づけ、お好みで入れます。
マシュマロは蜂蜜をつけてからチーズに浸けて食べる。
チーズのそれぞれの風味がほのかに香る。
ミモレットは濃厚、ゴルゴンゾーラはゴマのりみたい…✨
トリュフオイルのキノコの風味とガーリックがいい。←これは入れた方が料理を楽しめる。
