お店の方に聞いたら、本店の店長さんがブルーハーツ好きらしく、ブルーハーツの楽曲のメニューが勢揃い。
店名でもある電光石火と、銀座店限定の銀座ロッシーニを注文。
広島レモンサワーを飲みながら、食べ比べ。
電光石火は大葉がいいアクセントでネギも大量にのっているのでさっぱりした感じ。逆にロッシーニはフォアグラとトリュフがのっているので、こってりした味わい。どっちも美味しかったけど、電光石火のほうが私好み。
また今度は違うメニューにチャレンジしてみたい。
