仕事の関係で、銀座で会食。
指定された店は「銀座 ゆかり」さん。
銀座と言うより、新橋の方が近いかな。
と言うか、私は新橋から向かいました。
ビルの2階に上がる。
店内に入店すると目の前がカウンター。
店の作りは「ザ和食」と言う感じの空間。
カウンターが7・8席かな。
入口入って左側にテーブル席もあります。
（個室になってました。）
カウンター席で会食。
目の前で若き板さんが料理の説明を
してくれながら、一品づつ提供。
和食の王道だなぁ。
久しく和食の懐石の店は来てなかった様な。
カウンターで食べる食事は、
やっぱりいい物です。
ドリンクもビールから初めて、
しろワイン・赤ワインと。
日本酒も行きたかったけど、
会食相手が飲んで無かった事もあり、
控えました（笑）。
当たり前だけど、一つ一つ丁寧な仕事。
見ながら説明を受けて頂戴する料理は、
満足のいく内容です。
この価格帯にしては、アルコールが
リーズナブルだなと言う印象。
こう言う店は、中々知ってる店しか
行かないから、いい店教わりました。
食べログの口コミが板さんが
変わる前の奴が多いのかな。
料理内容の情報がちょっと違う。
洋食風の和食みたいな口コミが多いが、
正統的な和食のお店ですね。
