今日は3人で久々に最近元気のない銀座に食事をしに伺う。
このコロナのご時世、知り合いといえども同じ鍋をつついたり、直箸は気が引ける。
そんな思いを解決するためか、なんと東京銀座でひとり鍋の出来る場所を用意している店があった。
まずはケールとフルーツのスムージーでお客の胃袋を気遣う一杯のドリンクから。酵素が入っているからか健康に良さそうな感じ。
ドリンクはまずは「国産レモンすり下ろしサワー」で乾杯…この店のウリみたい。確かに美味い。ゴクゴクいける。
お通しは「しらたきキンピラ、ごま豆腐、ままかり」…お通しとはいえしっかり印象に残る味付け3品。
前菜が続々と出てくる。。
「和牛叩き、ポン酢で」…ちゃんとした前菜で、普通に美味しい。
「長芋のたまり漬け」…なんだかホッとするオツマミ。
「メンチカツ」…メンチカツとは意外な流れにちょっと戸惑うが、ソースがいい役割をしてこれも美味しい。
「牛肉シグレ煮」…甘い味付けで濃厚。美味しいけど白ごはんが欲しくなる。
ここで3種のタレが僕ら個人個人に運ばれてくる。『そばツユ、麻辣と花椒（＝ホアジャオ）、白は味噌』。
肉はロースとバラ肉。風味づけにニンニク
ゲール、笹切り（細切り）のネギをたっぷり。
それぞれ店のサービスの方がしゃぶしゃぶしてくれて客の別々の味の鍋からそれぞれに店の方がシェアしてくれて、全部の味を楽しめる。
まずは「そばツユタレ」から。うーん、美味い。
ケールもネギもいい味を出してうまく豚肉のサポート役になっている。
続いて「麻辣タレ」…結構辛さが舌にくる。そしてこの3つのタレの中では一番好きなタイプ。ただしこれだけでは飽きるというか物足りなくなるのでアクセントにそばツユ、味噌は必須。印象に残る辛さ。是非複数人数で行ってひと皿は注文すべきメニュー。
「味噌」はマイルド。最後に食べるには優しい味なので落ち着く感じか。
味噌は良い子、麻辣は悪い子、そばツユは普通の子。でも悪い子ほど可愛くなっちゃうんですよね。
最後にうどんで〆たが、ここはオジヤでも、良かったなぁ。
コスパも良いし、銀座にこんな対応の店があるとはちょっと嬉しい。地方から東京に出てきている人にはとっても良いかも。
もう、少し家族付き合い的に店と客が健康作りの面も含めて関係作れたらWITHコロナ時代に良いかも。
ひとりで来ても良し、数人で来ても安心にひとりづつ鍋を食べるも良し。ここでは新しいスタンダードが始まっている感じがする。
