今月のミックス御膳（生姜焼き&から揚げセット）1200円。を頂きました。
少し大袈裟ですが、近年食べた生姜焼きの中で最高に旨かったです。「濃いめ」の味付けですが、それがまたイイ、白メシに合います。なんだろこの深い味わいは、自分でもこんな風に作れたらいいのに。ため息が出ました、お見事です。
から揚げも旨いですね。外はカリッと中はジューシー、お見事です。
この「素晴らしき共演」を更に引き立てるのが「豚汁」です。お椀が異様にデカいため量が少ないように感じますが、具だくさんで結構なボリュームです。
これに温泉卵まで付いてこのお値段、幸せ指数がMAXに到達します。
願わくば、控えめなキャベツの量をもっと増やして頂けると最高ですが、さすがにワガママですかね。
黒豚しゃぶしゃぶも気になりますし、店員さんの気配りも心地良く、店内の雰囲気も洒落たバーのような感じで◎。再訪したいお店がまた一つ増えました。
