花椿通りの三叉路手前 新橋寄りです♪
この界隈 お寿司屋さんが乱立してます。
こちらのお店の横が ◯前寿司店さんがあり
通り挟んで20mくらいに行列の◯丘寿司の
美◯利店さんがあったりする♪
そんな激戦区の中 夜だけ営業で2軒〜3軒
程のこじんまりしたカウンターのみで勝負
されてます。(週末はお昼有)
横のお店がインバウンド系に力を入れている
としたらこちらリーマンのサクッと立ち寄り
をターゲットにされているように感じます。
鮪ネタに こだわりあるようです♪
三種盛りで 赤身 中トロ 大トロ 950円
軍艦で 中落ち２貫 140円 締めに
梅しそ巻250円でサクッと頂きました。
赤身には しっとりと穏やかな酸味。
中トロ・大トロは 程良き脂で旨いです。
中落ちは 赤身多めで意外とさっぱり。
最後に 梅しそ巻がパリッと海苔の風味を
感じながら〆。
お茶は 匙で入れるタイプでボタン押して
お湯を注ぐタイプで省力化。
創意工夫で美味しんだな！
