無償に美味しい雲丹が食べたくなり来店。
今日は1人なので、シャンパーニュではなくロゼ・スパークリング程度で。オーガニックなのでダレすぎ無いかな、と不安混じりでしたが、全然期待以上のスッキリロゼで◎。美味しくいただきました。
雲丹は木箱で味わいました。乾燥し？木箱の縁や底に雲丹がこびりついてしまっているのが残念。メニューにもB級品と説明されているので驚きは少ないが、ジャリジャリ感が若干気になる。それでも、手頃なお寿司屋さんでは味わえない、甘味がありとろける雲丹を味わえました。ミョウバンの雑味が無くロゼ・スポークリングとの相性はとても良く感じました。
タコのザギン（唐揚げ）は揚げ過ぎ感があり、タコの弾力しか感じず、残念。
ホタテのウニ焼は悪くは無いのですがホタテが冷たくしっかり温めて欲しかった。
ニシンの燻製、いぶりがっこは、ともに良いおつまみでした。魚介類とスパークリングが美味しくいただけるのは本当に嬉しい。
全般的に、このお値段でとても頑張っているのでは無いかと感じましたし、雲丹好きな人を連れて来たいなと思いました。スパークリングはとてもコスパ良いと思います。
