Japan is surrounded by the sea from north to south, where life in the mountains and life at sea coexist. Japanese food has created a sense of the seasons. ``We want you to feel the changing seasons through carefully selected seasonal ingredients from all over Japan.'' We deliver this idea in each and every dish. In particular, fresh fish is shipped directly to the store from Shimoura Port and Sashima Port on the Miura Peninsula without going through the market. Fresh fish caught in the morning is delivered directly to restaurant in the evening, and delivered to your table.

We have prepared a variety of delicious sake so that you can enjoy our carefully selected Japanese Cuisine. We have a rotating selection of premium sake such as Juyondai, as well as premium shochu such as Maou, Akagirishima, Sato, and Isami. We offer course/kaiseki meals using fresh fish caught in the morning and seasonal vegetables. If there is anything you are not good at, please contact us in advance, and we will be happy to change the content to suit your needs. Rather than serving on a large platter, we will serve individual dishes for each person. When entertaining or having dinner, there is no need to separate the dishes, so you don't have to interrupt the conversation or bother the customer. All-you-can-drink options are also available separately.
