貝をたくさん食べさせてくれる類い希なお店です。色々な種類の貝がでます。この日は7500円のコースにて。
貝の盛り合わせから始まり、この日一番美味しかったアサリのなめろう。サザエ、ハマグリ、などなど続きます。
日本酒を頂きましたが、そこそこ種類は豊富です。
貝好きで酒飲みには良い店です。コースとしてはなんとも平坦な印象。素材勝負とおぼしきですが、工夫はほぼ無しです。最後のシメのアサリ飯ですが、味が薄すぎて残念でした。ここがもう少し改善されればコースとしての印象も変わるでしょう。
