Dakkanmari is a popular hot pot dish in Korea that is made by boiling a whole chicken.Sometimes you can choose parts of the chicken to make it, but at our restaurant you can enjoy authentic Dakkanmari by using a whole chicken! One of the charms of using a whole chicken is that you can enjoy various parts of the chicken at once! You can use dashi soy sauce, sesame oil, etc. as is, or you can blend it to create your own original dipping sauce.It's delicious and has great beauty effects♪♪

K-pop music is playing in the restaurant, so you can enjoy your meal while enjoying music. The seasoning for the Dakgalbi hotpot, the dashi soy sauce, is handmade and we are particular about the dashi. We are proud of our dashi, which is made by mixing dried sardines and kelp from Shikoku with soy sauce and simmering it for a long time. It has a mellow taste and is very versatile!
