夜ごはん

出会いを求める男女で賑わうコリドー街。そんなコリドー街の高架下にあり、2019年に誕生した“裏コリドー街”で、美味しいタッカンマリと出会いました。その名も『タッカンマリ劇場』。店の目の前には、クラブらしき店とDJバーのような店が並び、常に4つ打ちビートと電車の走る音を耳にしながらのタッカンマリという新感覚です笑。防音扉なので、さほど気になりませんけど。
タッカンマリは2人前を注文。2人前の場合、鶏肉は半身。具材は、ネギ、えのき、じゃがいも、きくらげ、トッポキ。クコの実やなつめも浮かびます。きくらげが珍しい。お店の方がつくねを丸めて放り込んでいく。基本、お鍋は店の方が調理。無言で黙々とやるので、食べていいんだか悪いんだか、タイミングが測りづらい笑。
こちらのタッカンマリ、スープが白と赤の2種類あるらしく、今回注文した白は、鶏のお出汁がしっかり抽出されたお馴染みのもの。だが、今まで食べてきたタッカンマリよりも、スープがかなり濃厚で美味い。
火が通れば、あとはもう卓上にある調味料で、タッカンマリお馴染みの醤油、お酢、辛子、タテギ、ニラ、おろしニンニクを加えたつけダレでいただくまで。当店は、胡麻油も用意されていて、この胡麻油をひとふりかけると、胡麻油の風味がよく旨かった。
〆に、雑炊。こちらもお店の方が調理してくれる。本来はチーズも入れられるが、断った。薬味のネギと海苔を加えて完成。スープが濃厚で旨いので、雑炊もめちゃくちゃに旨い。
ふらっと入ったお店だったが、今まで食べたタッカンマリでもかなり印象に残るものでした。立地がチャラくてイヤですが笑、このタッカンマリは硬派で本格派でした。
