There is a new spot in Shinbashi called Ura Corridor, which is an area with many restaurant lined up in a long line under the elevated railway. I've always been curious about it and couldn't go in because it closes early, but I finally visited! It was late, so I ordered potato pancakes and sundubu, and this pancake was truly delicious! ! ! The flavor of the curry salt makes it super delicious ♡ Half chewy and crunchy on the outside, it's addicting ^ ^ The sundubu is also just the right amount of spiciness and the sourness of the kimchi is effective! This appetizer is made with half-boiled quail eggs marinated in garlic and a special sauce, but it was so delicious that I had to ask for more. I would like to go again early in the morning.
