新橋、マッカーサー道路の北側の地下にあります居酒屋さんでは、個室でランチを頂けます。地下に降りる階段入口で３人組会食客の御退出をお待ちすることになりましたが、来客チャイムに迎えられますと、「奥へどうぞ」と入口開放の個室に案内され、店頭メニューで予め決めた「日替わりチキン定食（ガーリック醤油）」900円を頼みます。卓上のメニューには触らずにレパートリーを吟味しますと、ランチメニューは900円～1300円ですが、９割は1000円以下で、刺身、海鮮丼、カレー、ハンバーグ、唐揚げなどスタンダードな定番に日替り定食、日替りチキン定食等です。店頭から４分で鉄皿ジュウジュウのトレイが来ます。サラダ、お新香はチープですが、味噌汁は蓋付。トレイに直置きの箸はお冷で清め、卓上の調味料を使い、味噌汁、ご飯の順に頂き、鉄皿のチキンをパクリ。熱々ですが、ガーリックは弱いと感じ、添えのパスタと合わせ食べ進めますと、ガーリックが存在感を増し、少なめのご飯を楽しめました。卓上の消毒を使い、マスクをして、退出しようとすると入店客で足止めになり、入退出のロスタイムを入れても、キャッシュレス決済により、滞在時間は１５分でした。
