新宿にある焼肉や寿司 和食かなうの運営会社が2023年12月13日に銀座で新業態の肉割烹店をオープン
外観からとにかくきらびやかで店内に一歩足を踏み入れると目の前に広がる切子細工の美しさに圧巻
ミューズデザインアワード2021でプラチナアワード受賞しておりASIADESIGNPRIZE2022ではGOLDWINNER受賞されているという素晴らしい空間。
カウンター席はビルの2階まで続く吹き抜けで開放感がありどこを見渡しても美しい
お席に案内していただいてから間もなくキラキラと輝くトランクケースが登場✨
中にはお箸がズラリと並んでいて好きなお箸でお食事を楽しめます
素敵なおもてなしからのお食事スタートです
最初の白湯スープはクリーミーでほっとする美味しさ♡
次の先附はワイングラスに入ったほっき貝とそら豆に上品な味わいのジュレが加わり見た目も味も完璧
生肉のユッケのトロける食感は至福の瞬間✨
ともさんかくの牛刺しはこんなにもサシが入っているのに全く嫌な脂っこさがなくスッと消えていく、、
テール煮込みホロッホロでとにかくら柔らかい
そしてこの温野菜めちゃくちゃ美味しくて感動
海老マヨも大好きなパリパリのこの衣にキャビアと
金箔がかかってて見た目も最高だし頭から尻尾まで
全部食べられるので頭の味噌の部分が特に美味しかった
茶碗蒸しにはイクラが乗っていて、いくらの塩分が
優しい味わいの茶碗蒸しと相性抜群
メインのお肉は欲を言えばもう少し柔らかいと良かったけれど追加料金でヒレやシャトーブリアンに出来るみたい
土鍋ご飯もめっちゃ美味しくてご飯系ほぼ完食する事ないのに完食♡
そしてデザートもやばい、、
まずスプーンが白鳥に入ってくるのが可愛すぎるし
このくず餅売ってたら絶対買う！
ほんのり塩気があってその後にくるミルクの甘さと
プルプルの食感めっちゃすきすぎる♡
ゴテゴテのブランド食器でど派手な演出のお店も大好きだけど、この落ち着く雰囲気もすごく好きでお店の方の程よい距離感と丁寧なおもてなしがとても素敵でした
銀座という立地にも関わらず普段使いしやすい価格帯におさえてくれているところもありがたい
全席喫煙可能で朝5時まで営業してるのでアフターにも使い勝手の良いお店だと思います
こういうお店が末永く続いてほしいと思う！
