新橋でのランチ。
緊急事態宣言で9月いっぱい休みというお店が多いです。
そんな中でみつけたこちら。
駅から徒歩数分、北側。
広い通りに面したお店です。
店先に日替ランチの看板が出ていて、
牛筋煮込が600円。
いいじゃない！
12時半頃の訪問で、先客後客0。
時間がずれ込んで、おやつの時間帯に昼食を食べるときのような
静けさです。
大丈夫なんだろうか。。。
店内は結構広く、どのテーブルにも無煙ロースターがついています。
牛筋を注文すると、
「ありません」
との返事が。
愕然としました。
看板に出ていたし、
そんなに遅い時間でもないし、客もいないのに、
売り切れ？
気を取り直して、メニューに向き合います。
メニューは大きく、焼肉とそれ以外に分かれています。
焼肉は2000円超のメニューもありますが、
多くは1000円前後。
「人気！」と書かれた、スタミナ定食にしました。
5分ほどで提供です。

肉四種。
がちごちに凍ったままの提供。
鶏肉、砂肝、ホルモン、ハツなのかな。
みそだれに浸っている。
がっちり凍った肉は焼くのが難しい。
表面は焦げても中はまだ生。
しっかり火を通すと、硬くなる。
それでも、品数が多く、値段相応の満足。
