最初のカツオで当たりのお店だと確信。こんな美味いカツオ食べたことないもん。玉ねぎ醤油をたっぷりつけて食べるのだが、この玉ねぎ醤油自体も激ウマ。
ブリ。和風カルパッチョみたいな印象。これも激ウマ。
次がマツタケと白舞茸とスッポンのスープ。白舞茸って初めて食べたけどウマいのね。
次がウナギ。こんなに皮パリで身をふっくらにできるのね。
ここから握りに。ツマミと握りの量のバランスも最高。

ネタでシャリの温度を変えてるんだけど、確かに絶妙。油が多いネタは熱いシャリがいいね。
全部美味かったけど、サワラ、アジ、エビ、大トロ、うにいくら丼あたりは超絶品。うにいくら丼は食べたことない味だったから聞いてみると、いくらに少し火を入れてるそうで、卵かけご飯のような風味が出るとのこと。超高級で超上品な卵かけご飯だね。
日本酒の種類も豊富で大満足。三万強も安いのではないかと思える満足度でした。またぜひ再訪したい。
