海老を使ったスープというと、海老を前面に出しすぎる味（これでもかと言うほど海老風味を出そうとしていると言うか）がこれまで個人的には多かったので、これほど飲みやすく丸くしているものは初めてだった。コーヒーで言えば、尖のある単一品種のものではなく、ブレンドにしたみたいな丸さ、飲みやすさ。
そしてあとから置かれているオリーブオイルを数滴垂らすと、一気に洋風に様変わりするのが楽しかった。
ただ一点、ワンタンは揚げではなく茹でで食べたかった。
