海老ポタラーメン(930円)
馬力さんを出た後は、締めラーメンへ。
新橋とは言え、22時を過ぎると選択肢が少なくなってきます。そんな中から、こちらへ初訪問。
22時20分好過ぎで空席ありですが、お洒落な店内は、コレまたお洒落な若者グループや女性のお一人様なんかでかなりの賑わっています。
注文は、海老ポタラーメン。
スープは海老がかなり香ります。ただ見た目程濃厚では無く、サラッとしたビスクスープな感じ。
オキアミ的なのがかなり入ってて、ジャコジャコしますが好き。
麺は少しウェーブのある平打ち。ツルシコで美味い。
ボリュームは少なめ、締めには丁度いいか。
もちろん完飲で、ごちそうさまでした‼︎
