JR新橋駅から徒歩1〜2分程で行ける居酒屋に行ってきました。
日曜日の15時過ぎ頃、友達と2人で新橋をぷらぷらと散歩しており、なんか良さげな居酒屋あるかな〜と思っていたら、こちらのお店を発見したので、フリーで来店。
店内の雰囲気、とても良いです！
席によって、雰囲気が違うのが良いですね〜！
照明の色や明るさ、壁のデザイン等、町々に造られていました！
私達が案内された席は、ふんわりとした柔らかなオレンジ色の間接照明を使用したテーブル席！ゆったりと寛ぎながら、飲食を楽しむことができました！
店員の接客対応はとても良かったですね〜！
終始対応が良く、私達が質問したレスポンスの速さ、ドリンクの提供スピードはピカイチでした！
温かみのある丁寧な接客に感謝です！良い気分でお酒を飲むことができました！
肝心のフードですが…
どれも美味しかったですね！
サーモンは鮮度が保たれており、プリプリで美味しい！
いぶりがっこチーズは、いぶりがっこ1つに対するチーズの量がとても多く最高！わさびが添えられているのもgood！
個人的に1番良かったのは…
◆鯛と香味野菜の釜飯(税込1480円)
釜の蓋を開けた時の、鯛と野菜の豊潤な香りがまず堪らないですね〜！
味は文句なし！鯛特有の上品な味わいを感じられ、good！
色と香りともに優れ、風味豊かな味わいを楽しめる逸品です！注文して間違いはない料理ですので、是非オススメです！
とても良い居酒屋に遭遇することができました！
今夏、新橋にまた行く機会があるので、その時にまたこちらの居酒屋を利用したいと思います。
