It's one of the Kitaoji Group's many brands, so I made a reservation thinking it wouldn't be such a big deal. The appetizer was already covered and waiting in the private room ^ ^ The appetizer, sesame tofu, was neatly arranged with sea urchin, shrimp, and okra, and had a deep flavor. The sashimi that follows is also of high quality. While enjoying a relaxing time, the main dish is shabu shabu. A soup stock based on bonito and kelp is cooked in a pot, and after soaking the vegetables and meat, it is served with black pepper, which is also very delicious. After calming down, I ate small Tempura of carefully fried tempura. The crispy texture is GOOD. The final dish is cold udon with a soy milk base and a thin, chewy texture similar to Cold Noodles. This also has a good balance of tofu and soup stock. Dessert is Monaka ice cream. The overall finish is elegant, and even though the quantity doesn't feel like much, the dish takes advantage of the quality of the soup stock and is highly satisfying. I ordered one beer and one glass of sake, but apparently you can also have all-you-can-drink options. thank you very much.
