This restaurant is located on the 6th floor of the Kushibaten building, right near the SL Plaza in front of JR Shinbashi Station. On this day, I was given a private room with a closed door. The spacious seats are comfortable for two people.The inside of the restaurant is clean and has a Japanese atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. This time, I chose the all-you-can-drink course for 3,500 yen.Since the all-you-can-drink course didn't come with beer, I added it for an additional 500 yen, making it 4,000 yen.Drink ordering is via the touch panel. First, quench your thirst with premium malts draft beer. Course contents: - Edamame - Caesar salad with hot spring eggs - Assortment of 3 sashimi shipped directly from the farm - Grilled tuna with grated ponzu sauce - Salt-grilled Cow tongue- Hokkaido Zangi - Mentaiko cream udon - Strawberry roll cake Caesar salad comes with plenty of dressing There were three types of sashimi: octopus, tuna, and salmon.The salmon in particular was thick and fresh. It was good because I wanted to eat octopus sashimi (lol).The salt-grilled Cow tongue was very well seasoned with salt and pepper, making it perfect for pairing with alcohol. The mentaiko cream udon that finished the dish had a creamy taste with a tangy spiciness accentuating it. The noodles are thick and soft, so they seem to be easy to digest (lol).The touch panel also tells you last order time for the all-you-can-drink option. With 3 hours of all-you-can-drink, I think this is the perfect course for the upcoming year-end party season.
