Kushibatten Shinbashi branch is a completely private Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) restaurant that is located in a very convenient location, just 1 minute walk from Shinbashi Station.At the entrance, there is a picture of cherry blossoms and a bamboo grove to welcome you.I wonder if they are conscious of inbound customers. On that day, the Ginza/Shinbashi area was filled with foreign tourists. I ordered a course that included all-you-can-drink. First, I quenched my thirst with premium malt's draft beer. The food was the standard edamame, Caesar salad, and sashimi. The three-piece platter of octopus, tuna, and salmon came out first, and the drinking party started. Edamame is delicious not only in summer but also in fall and winter. It's a strange food (lol) The sashimi, especially the salmon, is thick and fatty. After changing the draft beer, I changed to sake. The hot sake was delicious. It's finally getting colder and the season for hot sake has arrived (lol) It's good to have cold sake, but I'm glad to have hot sake. Grilled tuna with grated ponzu sauce and onions.
