平日の18時に仕事関係者と入店。
4人テーブルに腰かけて薩摩黒毛和牛ザブトンステーキとのどぐろ原始焼コースを注文。
ビールを飲みながら旬の野菜、まぐろ/カツオ/鯛/海老/ぶりの刺身をいただきます。
次の出てきたのどぐろの原始焼きは風味がよく、何もつけなくてもおいしくいただけます。
この辺りから日本酒と芋焼酎に変えて黒毛和牛、薩摩あげをいただきます。
牛肉は柔らかくて味がしっかりとついており、さつま揚げは揚げたてのアツアツで弾力があり、甘みが凝縮されています。
いろいろと楽しめましたが、やはり印象深いのはのどぐろです。
高級魚だけど食べる価値ありと感じました。
