落ち着いた雰囲気。一階はテーブルとカウンター席。2階が個室になっているようです。オープンキッチンには、囲炉裏に高々と炭が組まれています。雰囲気的にはカウンターが好きです。
おすすめ料理を紹介してくれるので、勧められた3品（のどぐろ、刺身盛り、薩摩揚げ）とドリンクを注文。
看板メニューののどぐろ原始焼きは、比較的大ぶりの一品。脂ノリノリなので、3人で1匹位で丁度良いかも。
刺身の盛り合わせは提供時に、産地や食べ方も説明してくれます。
薩摩揚げは、手作りですね。フワフワの熱々。
全体的なメニュー数としては、少なめではありますが、無駄な物が無い印象。あまり冷凍物とかは使わないからこうなるか？
最後にわらび餅とお茶を出してくれるのですが、これは挙手制でもいかもね。
安かろう不味かろうが乱立する新橋エリアにおいて、このようなハイコスパの店はかなり貴重。仕事でも女性と一緒でも、おすすめのお店です。
